GFP series deep cavity jaw crushers adopt survilinear motion extruding. The motor drives the belt and pulley, then the eccentric shaft make the swing jaw plate up-and-down move. When the swing jaw plate raises, the included angle between elbow board and swing jaw plate should get larger, accordingly swing jaw plate is getting near to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the materials are extruded, twisted, and grinded. When the swing jaw plate gets down, the included angle between the elbow board and swing jaw plate should get smaller, accordingly the swing jaw plate leave the fixed jaw plate by the effect of draw bar and spring. At the same time, the crushed materials are discharged. With the continuous run of the moter, the jaw crusher operates and discharges peridically, thus realizing the batch production.
